Super Bowl Sunday
Isn't it weird how you can name a day and give it enough hype and enough money thrown at it, and hten suddenly people who would never have before been interested in football get all freaked about it. But thats not me. actually, I'm really sleepy, and I'd almost prefer just to take a nap. But then I'd wake up and want to be out with people. I need to stop being such an idiot and get to bed more on time. actually this time its not so much my fault. Friday a bunch of us went to angie's boyfriend john's house and watched The Two Towers in order to get ready to see Return of The King on satruday. well, I slept through my swimming class, but still had to get up to go clean out my parent's basement. They want my stuff OUT- or at least put into carefully labelled boxes. It was also kind of- okay, really sad because my parents cat died. Shadow was about 12 years old, and just went to sleep and didnt wake up, but it still is sad, because she was such a part of the family. My dad's natural reaction to stress is to try to be tough and not admit to being really upset, so he was vacuming up hair from shadow's favorite spot and giving me food and litter liners for my little bush baby kitten. I asked him how he was doing and he admitted that he was sad. Shadow had really glommed on to him since my brother left home and was jealous when hed pay attention to my mom. Okay stopping talking about that- (tear) anyways, i had to wipe up dust and bugs and all sorts of junk and then go to the movie- which btw, is as good, if not better, the second time- at least much less tense because even if you know the story, you don't know what they might tweak or change, but that is best left for a diff. post. Last night was my own fault, but i was in bed by 10:30. I've just always needed a lot of sleep. okay- ttyl super bowl is calling.
